Defending TaylorDefending Taylor by Miranda Kenneally

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I enjoy reading the Hundred Oaks series. Each book brings its own YA drama and are so adorable. This one was even more enjoyable. I loved Taylor and Ezra's story. I felt a little more emotion with these characters.

I was gifted this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

The Line Between (The Line Between, #1)The Line Between by Tamsyn Bester

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oh my word! This was totally unexpected and I was sucked in from the beginning! Love, hate, secrets, betrayal, the list goes on! Kennedy Monroe was off limits to Dane Winters but neither understood why they could tolerate one another or why the other was an easy target to bully. I felt true emotions between these characters! Read it!

UglyUgly by Margaret McHeyzer

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is a dark YA/NA standalone.

I am speechless. This book was truly Ugly and very dark with physical, emotional and sexual abuse throughout the whole story. It is raw and will pull at every emotion possible. I would read this at a time when you aren't in your own emotional state but read it as soon as you can. I fell in love with Lilly, felt the brokenness, the darkness, and finding her lightness.

I was gifted this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Undertow (Undertow, #1)Undertow by K.R. Conway

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This series is a breath of fresh air. It is full of suspense, twists, and supernatural powers. Eila Walker just inherited a million dollar Cape Code home. Now, it is time to start freshly new but finds out pretty quickly this little town, the school she will be attending, and the people she hangs out with unravels secrets and powers way beyond her imagine. Oh, don't forget all the good looking hotties in the story like MJ, Raef, and Kian! I loved it from the beginning and fixing to start Stormfront right away!

Forgetting August (Lost & Found, #1)Forgetting August by J.L. Berg

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I waited and waited for both of these books to come out so I could read them back to back and glad I did because I love but hate cliffhangers.

Everly is going on with her life and trying to forget her past but her dreams reminds her of her real life monster who could wake up any time and find her.

August Kincaid has waken up from a 2 yr coma and has no recollection of who he and everything is a mystery to him to solve. Everyly gets the call she thought she would never get and realizes her monster has returned. This story will tug at every emotion possible and you will be fighting yourself of who Everly needs to choose in the end! Good luck with that one!

Subtle RemindersSubtle Reminders by D.J. Pierson

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

My first book I read of this author was Forever Altered with is one of my all time favorite reads. One day, she reached out to me on my blog to ask if I wanted to read one of her books and I was so ecstatic to hear from her because I was already a fan!

Subtle Reminders is a second chance story between two best friends who fell in love when they were younger. A chain of unexpected events causes heart break. I fell in love with BC and Joey and a lot of the other side characters. I am so in love with Jack by the way ;) I would like to see if he gets his own story. Take a chance and read this book ! Don't forget to check out her others as well!
